Check the breaker, GFCI outlet, and that the plug is firmly seated. Try a different outlet.
Washer Leaking?
Check inlet hoses for kinks and tighten connections. Inspect the door gasket for debris.

Clean the lint trap AND the vent line behind the dryer. Restricted airflow is the #1 cause.
